Tajiki and Armenian citizens died in S Kordofan's plane crash
It has been confirmed that a Tajiki and an Armenian citizen have been killed in the plane crash in South Kordofan on Sunday morning, the first day of Eid-al-Fitr.
On Monday the Tajiki Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that a Tajiki citizen died in the plane crash. At the same time, the Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced an Armenian citizen also died in the crash.
The plane crash killed 32 people, mainly Sudanese government officials. The Russian Embassy in Khartoum confirmed on Monday that a Russian pilot also died in the crash.
